Continue surfboards come with a Limited Warranty

Because Continue surfboards are manufactured partially by machine and partially by hand, and with a common understanding that handmade goods are subject to imperfections, and that certain discrepancies due to human variables are inherent and likely, Continue offers this Limited Warranty as such:

  • Your surfboard will arrive as the exact make and model requested.

  • Your surfboard will be closely accurate to the published dimensions.

  • Your surfboard will be closely accurate to the published volume.

  • Your surfboard will be manufactured in the exact construction type requested.

  • Your surfboard will be finished according to all published technical specifications.

  • Your surfboard will include the exact fin-box make, model, and configuration requested.

  • Continue does not Warranty the performance of any parts, integrated products, or materials used in the manufacturing of the surfboard, or extend this Warranty to accessories added to the surfboard.

  • Continue does not Warranty your surfboard against: snapping, buckling, cracking, stress cracks, shatter dings, pressure dents, impact damage, color changes, heat damage, UV damage, delaminations, and fin box or leash plug failures.

  • Continue does not Warranty or guarantee the longevity of any surfboard or construction process. 

  • Continue does not Warranty or guarantee the user experience or performance of the surfboard.

Warranty claims will be handled on an individual basis and Continue will in good- faith, work with the customer, to resolve matters in a fair and reasonable manner.

Warranty is limited to the extent of repairing or replacing the surfboard. No refunds or other compensation will be given, regardless of circumstance or fault.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, for proper packing, and assumes liability for their surfboard throughout the Warranty claim process.

If the claim is denied or determined to be outside of the Warranty, the customer may hire Continue to make repairs, perform modifications, or otherwise alter the surfboard.

Customer agrees to pay for all labor and shipping costs associated with a denied claim.

Warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Continue reserves the right to change the language of this Warranty at any time and without notice.

Continue reserves the sole and exclusive right to investigate and make all decisions and determinations pertaining to claims and the scope of this Warranty.
