The Ten
The Ten
The Ten is a performance-driven five-fin that’s optimized for shoulder-to-overhead surf and smaller waves with a solid push.
Favors: Technical rail turns, barrel riding, aerial maneuvers
Waves: 3-6 Feet
Build: Epoxy
The Ten is designed to be “skilled” user-friendly and responsive at higher speeds and within critical sections.
The tri-fin configuration favors wrapping directional changes, high-angle turns, and aerial maneuvers. Rapid acceleration in and out of the pocket.
The quad configuration provides a more stable fin base with increased speed and drive through turns. Excellent for tube riding.
Tried-and-true design attributes, fluid and predictable, grounded and capable. The Ten is our choice for technical surfing in moderate to elevated conditions.
The outline is balanced and clean, with a pushed apex, a narrower hip, and a rounded-type squash tail.
The rocker begins with a modest flip and medium-low entry, blends to a long flat-ish primary, and finishes with a soft kick out the tail.
The hull is flat/slightly rolled at the nose and progresses into a generous single concave through the tail.
The rails are soft tapered and medium-low, with a hard edge that extends from the tail to forward of the front fins.
The center buoyancy and center of mass are balanced and neutral to the rocker apex.
